First Meal ! He is growing..

Now the time has come to feed some outside food to Padmaksh.

The day selected was Hanuman Jayanti. Special food is created for my little master. Rice, daal, Shira (maharashtrian sweet dish) and yummy khir (another famous Indian sweet disk) was the part of pillu’s first meal. Lovely menu, hain na ? :-) . The dish is well decorated with traditional rangoli.

In a very traditional way, in the presence of diyas, Gaurai provides first taste of food to him.
My mom & dad were equally happy with this occasion.

Padmaksh Shakal Shukla

Yes, now my Pillu will be recognised as "Padmaksh Shakal Shukla".

Padmaksh - Padma means Lotus and Aksh means Eyes, that makes Padmaksh i.e. a boy with Lotus like Eyes. This is one of the Name of Lord Shri Ram.

Story behind this name: One evening, my mom strikes this name while reading Ramraksha Stotra. She suggested this name to me and we found that this name looks quite unique and special.

Padmaksh's birthname is "OM" which is unique in all.

Pillu's First Competition :p

Ya, Ya .. nothing to surprised .. Really my pillu participated in his First competition..

As you have seen in movie “3 idiots”.. We always treat life as a competition and if you are not enough competent then you are considered as failure.. Though let the children do whatever they want.. Every kid has specific speed of growth with special skills and parents should not force their children for success in competition. They should give them enough chances and motivate for participation in any competition.

So my Pillu participated in “Healthy baby competition” .. his first competition :-).

We enjoyed the atmosphere of competition and received a nice certificate from organisers.

Three Cheers for Pillu .. Hip hip Hurrey .. ;-)

Precious Smile :-)

I am the most luckiest person who could able to catch pillu's first smile.. Yes, now he can recognise faces of family members (this is my prediction ... ;-))

Sleepless Nights !!

Due to sleepless nights, I could not even take out some time for writing blog. :p

Anyways, we were prepared for sleepless nights as I have seen my colleagues who have same age kids at home. They were always feeling sleepy after lunch time and the reason is same, Sleepless nights. :-)

Let’s see.. How many nights we will spend in such a way .. he he

First attempt for my Pillu ;-)

I always keen to learn new things. If it is related to creativity then prefrence to that activity will always at the top. I have created a COLLAGE image of my pillu. Offcourse first attempt with Pillu's photos.

Changes in life .. Before & After ..

When my wife 'Gaurai' told me on phone .. in typical filmy style .. "Main tumhare bache ki MAA bane wali huu .." :-) I was so happy that I could not explain that happiness in words.

Everyone says that you will feel responsible when you will become father, and that is really true. I started many things after getting this good & sweet news. I started collecting coins for my son as my father did for me. I grown big 'Moustache' to look like father :D

Now I am father of baby boy. I started dreaming about his future; planning to give him most comfortable life, provide things which I didn't get, etc.

You can imagine my happiness when I took my son in my hand. I enjoyed his each and every movement. Every movement, his cry, his smile, was so innocent and sweet.

Mera Bacha !! Mera Pillu !! :-)
